Malahide Marina are currently looking for someone with strong skills with fiberglass, gelcoat and other composite materials to join our repair team.

The right candidate will be enthusiastic and safety conscious with a strong attention to detail. They should be experienced with fiberglass materials and different types of polyester and epoxy resins. They should come from a repair or fabrication background and have good finishing skills and be able to maintain a high standard of work.

Other skills and tasks will include polishing of GRP boats, applying paint finishes and a range of other tasks associated with boat maintenance.

This is a full time position, available to start from early January. Salary dependant on skills and experience

Malahide Marina are currently looking for someone to train in our boat maintenance department. This position involves assisting with the annual maintenance of vessels as required by the owners. Works will include fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, polishing and detailing of vessels, repair / replacement of various boat systems

The right candidate will be enthusiastic and safety conscious with a strong attention to detail. Training will be provided and there will be good opportunity for further development in fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, timber work, painting and other maintenance areas for the right candidate.

This is a full time position, available to start from early January.
